- Participate in patient education and support, promoting self-management and empowerment of patients and their families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based practice guidelines and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction, safety, and quality of care.
- Current Illinois RN license
- 2 years' experience in rheumatology or related field
- BSN degree preferred
- ACLS and PALS certifications required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
