Position Overview

PingWind is in search of a highly skilled Program Manager to spearhead a pivotal Task Order (TO) for the Army Research Laboratory (ARL). This position entails the management of a variety of cybersecurity services dedicated to safeguarding ARL's unclassified, classified, and standalone networks and systems. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding cybersecurity capabilities and support to ARL, while promoting innovative research and development for the Soldier.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Oversight: Direct and oversee all Contractor personnel, delegating tasks and providing clear guidance to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Cybersecurity Services Management: Supervise the delivery of comprehensive cybersecurity services, which include:
    • Assessment and Authorization (A&A)
    • Software Assurance
    • Incident Response
    • Training and Certification Validation
    • Project Management and Support
    • Above Baseline Project Support
    • Cybersecurity Customer Response
    • Vulnerability Management and Scanning
    • Host Based Security System (HBSS) Administration
    • Log Analysis
    • Security Technical Implementation Guidance (STIG) Compliance Oversight and Validation
    • Research Development Engineering Network (RDENET) Support
    • Classified Support
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide monthly status updates and conduct risk management. Maintain strong working relationships with end-users and IT teams within ARL.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to all processes and make management and operational decisions to uphold the quality standards required under this TO.

Qualifications

  • Security Clearance: Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in Cybersecurity and five (5) years in program management.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and lead teams through Assessment and Authorization (A&A) processes, successfully pass Cybersecurity inspections, and facilitate IT enterprise and mission projects.

Requirements:

Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex cybersecurity initiatives.

Desired Competencies:

  • Experience supporting Army and Department of Defense (DoD) research environments.
  • Familiarity with Army and Defense Research and Engineering Network (DREN) enterprise data.
