About the Insurance Broker Position

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to join Alchemy Financial Group and contribute to our business development activities. As an Insurance Broker, your primary duties will include identifying new business opportunities, promoting and selling our insurance plans, and building long-term relationships with clients to ensure the stability of our revenues and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to develop effective risk management strategies and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to sell our insurance plans to current and potential clients, and explore new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods.
  • Claims Review: Review insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and client satisfaction, and prepare regular reviews of progress to present to stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Stay informed about market trends and updates in the field of insurance products and services, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Good experience in providing client-focused solutions and building customer relationships, with a strong understanding of major types of insurance plans.
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills, with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Education: High school or BSc degree, with professional certification a plus.
