Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.

As an RBT, you will work closely with our experienced team of professionals to deliver evidence-based interventions that promote social awareness, independence, communication, and play.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Implementing behavioral interventions to promote social awareness, independence, communication, and play
  • Collaborating with our team of professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Providing feedback and support to families and caregivers

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Verifiable car insurance
  • Available evenings until 7pm
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
