Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of top pediatric specialists. As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Blue Bird Day, you will work directly with clients aged 2-6 years old and their families to support development and caregiver success.

Responsibilities
  • Implement an intensive therapeutic program to provide a comprehensive approach to pediatric care
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client development and caregiver success
  • Work directly with clients aged 2-6 years old and their families to support development and caregiver success
  • Focus on early language development, early literacy development, feeding therapy, picture-exchange communication (PECS), AAC assessment and intervention, and family and team education and collaboration
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Requirements
  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Masters or Doctorate in Speech and Language Pathology preferred
  • Experience working with neurodivergent children is a plus
