Position Overview:

The Building Sanitation Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness through regular monitoring and cleaning of the premises
  • Empty and sanitize all waste receptacles throughout the facility
  • Conduct quarterly wall cleaning
  • Mop areas that are inaccessible to scrubber equipment
  • Report any issues with cleaning equipment or low stock of cleaning supplies to management
  • Assist management with various tasks as needed
  • Perform additional projects or duties as assigned
