Server Position at Ingo's Tasty Food

We are seeking a skilled and friendly server to join our team at Ingo's Tasty Food. As a server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and working collaboratively with our team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Anticipate and react to guest needs, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Consistently and accurately use cleanliness lists and station checklists, demonstrating a complete understanding of our menu.
  • Develop positive working relationships with all restaurant team members, working as part of a team to reach a common goal.
  • Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency, maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure.
  • Be open to cross-training in different areas throughout the restaurant, expanding your skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain proper food and alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring a clean and healthy environment for our guests.
