About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychologist to join our team at the State of Missouri's New Outlook Program. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate care and treatment to individuals with severe mood dysregulation and challenging behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using a combination of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Positive Behavior Support.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to participants.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions to address participants' mental health needs.
  • Provide education and training to participants and their families on mental health topics and coping strategies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of program policies and procedures.
