Position Overview:

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas that delight our customers. Your expertise in pizza making will contribute to the overall success of Sal's Pizza.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of Sal's Pizza menu and provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries.
• Perform various tasks including food preparation, dough stretching, topping preparation, pizza assembly, order processing, box folding, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Assist customers with specific dietary needs and food allergies.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards in all areas, including our pizza stores and mobile food units.
• Exhibit professionalism in personal appearance and conduct, adhering to uniform and grooming standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with both guests and team members.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:

$15.00 to $18.00 per hour plus tips.
