Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for managing the care of adult patients experiencing life-threatening problems requiring complex assessment, high-intensity therapies, and interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and education to patients and their families
  • Ensure proper functioning of life support equipment, such as ventilators and feeding tubes
  • Monitor patients' heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration for signs of distress
  • Administer medication, IVs, and insert catheters as needed
  • Meticulously document medication administration
  • Assist in emergency nursing procedures necessary for prompt control of changes in patients' physical condition
  • Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation accurately and effectively
Requirements

To be considered for this Critical Care Registered Nurse position, you must have:

  • Active RN license
  • Degree from an accredited nursing program
  • BLS and ACLS certification
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting
