About the Job

Dentons US LLP is recruiting for a Data Insights Strategic Director to be resident in our Chicago Office. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and talented team leader with experience and drive to elevate standards of Business Intelligence, reporting, data mining, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead team by establishing and executing a vision for delivery of information and data analytics platforms and solutions.
  • Collaborate with business owners to turn data into critical information and knowledge.
  • Develop standards for gathering and documenting technical specifications of business requirements.
  • Partner with appropriate teams to improve data infrastructure and optimize access to accurate and consistent data.
  • Drive data processes and work to ensure data integrity in order to meet business reporting needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of law firm and/or professional service firm experience.
  • 5+ years of customer service and/or other equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of accounts receivable and/or billing experience.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI.
  • Familiarity with various software programs utilized by law firms for paper billing, e-billing, and collections.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $145,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, paid holidays, and discretionary bonuses.
