About the Role

We are seeking a licensed civil engineer with over five years of professional experience to join our Industrial Team in the Raleigh-Durham area.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and knowledge of the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support current project work over the design and construction phases as the primary local point of contact for our client.
  • Design roadways, trails, parking lots, site grading, drainage and storm sewer design, sanitary sewer design, water main design, project phasing, traffic control and other site design components.
  • Perform onsite construction administration and construction observation services including reporting and monitoring contractor's compliance with contract documents.
  • Collaborate with other Engineers on multi-discipline teams.
  • Work as a design leader in collaboration with a design team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited engineering program.
  • 5+ years of civil engineering experience.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, or the ability to obtain license in the first 12 months.
  • Demonstrated ability to be service-oriented to existing and potential clients.
