We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Custom Applicator at CHS Inc. As a Custom Applicator, you will be responsible for applying fertilizers and crop protection products to farmers' fields while ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working independently as a Custom Applicator, creating relationships with local farmers to acquire knowledge on their chemical and fertilizer needs.
  • Managing your time effectively in the field by operating a sprayer/airflow machine while loading and applying products safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Receiving hands-on experience and technical skills by handling many types of machinery and routine equipment maintenance.

You will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest cooperatives in the U.S. and make a meaningful impact in our local communities.
