Hospice and Palliative Care Specialist for Children

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Hinds Hospice. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to children and their families, working collaboratively with the Medical Director and other healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing, with experience in hospice and palliative care. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and providing education to patients and families.
A valid driver's license and willingness to use personal vehicle for work-related purposes are also required. - Qualifications:
- Current NP Licensure
- CPR
- Recent physical and TB, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, HepB immunizations
- At least 2 years of experience in the hospice/palliative care setting (prefer one-year hospice experience)
