Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough respiratory evaluations tailored to the patient's age and condition, encompassing physical, psychological, social, developmental, and educational aspects. Ensure effective stabilization and management of the patient's health status while documenting all assessments and interventions.
- Care Evaluation: Continuously monitor patient responses to interventions and initiate necessary diagnostic and therapeutic actions as per established guidelines. Maintain clear communication with the healthcare team and families regarding patient progress and needs.
- Team Collaboration: Actively contribute to team objectives by fulfilling assigned duties within regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with all relevant protocols.
- Supervision and Delegation: Oversee the care activities of assigned team members, providing guidance and feedback to maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality.
- Interdisciplinary Communication: Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to deliver personalized care and education to patients and families, minimizing risks during care transitions.
