Job Title: Mechanical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team at TRC Talent Solutions. As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative, predictive, and proactive maintenance procedures to improve equipment reliability.
  • Provide regular maintenance of hydraulics, lubrication, and mechanical equipment.
  • Read and follow technical diagrams and schematics.
  • Adhere to all plant environmental, health, and safety guidelines, policies, and practices.
  • Provide technical support for efficient troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
  • Work with the operations group to increase reliability while improving plant performance.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management or manual systems required.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
