Position Overview:
Join a reputable organization seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to work within skilled nursing facilities. This role is ideal for a board-certified or board-eligible physician with a passion for geriatric care.

Clinical Responsibilities:
- Engage with a diverse patient population, focusing on post-acute care.
- Manage a daily patient load of approximately 20-25 individuals.
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners who operate on alternating days, ensuring comprehensive patient care without the need for supervision.
- Maintain a Monday to Friday work schedule with a manageable call rotation of 13:1.
- Utilize EMR systems, specifically eClinical, in a network of around 50 skilled nursing facilities.
- Ensure compliance with medical standards and provide exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a current, unrestricted Florida state medical license (MD/DO).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in adult or family practice, with significant exposure to geriatric patients.
- No advanced certifications such as ACLS or BLS are required.
