Position Overview:
Chipton-Ross is currently seeking a Structures Mechanic for a contract opportunity. This role requires a commitment to working onsite with a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Work Schedule:
This position operates on a 100% onsite basis. Candidates must be open to either a 4/10 or 5/40 work schedule, depending on operational requirements.

Incentive:

SIGN ON BONUS:
15% of total hours worked will be awarded upon successful completion of the contract, provided there are no performance or workmanship issues, such as tardiness or subpar quality.


Essential Qualifications:
All applicants must include proof of training in their resume or as a separate document.

Key Responsibilities:

The Structures Mechanic will:
1. Plan, layout, fabricate, assemble, install, and repair both internal and external aircraft structures and surfaces for modifications.
2. Adhere to technical manuals, engineering drawings, and FAA regulations during all tasks.
3. Install brackets and PAO tubing, with the ability to swage tubes as necessary.


Educational Requirements:
Must possess an accredited High School Diploma or GED.

Work Hours:
This is a full-time position with a requirement to work either a 4/10 or 5/40 schedule based on business needs. The role will primarily be on the 1st shift.
