About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team at WSP. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement architectural designs, taking into account client requirements, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and investigations to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and WSP's quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in architectural design, project management, and leadership.
  • Professional licensure (Registered Architect in NY) and membership in relevant professional organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and client satisfaction.
