We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our guests, maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the bar area, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve drinks according to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the bar, tables, and storage areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and serving drinks.
- Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Process all payment methods and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Count bank at end of shift and complete designated cashier reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
