Job Opportunity at Chena Hot Springs Resort

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Chena Hot Springs Resort. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and serve meals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Connect with guests to create a positive and memorable experience.
  • Clean and maintain the dining area to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Communicate and coordinate with restaurant and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 or older per Alaskan State Law to serve alcohol.
  • Previous restaurant experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse staff.
  • Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods.
  • Detail-oriented and hospitable with a passion for creating positive experiences.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be flexible with AM & PM shifts.
  • Requires living on property at Chena Hot Springs Resort.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • TAPS and ServSafe certifications or willingness to obtain them.
  • Restaurant experience of 1+ years.
  • Cocktail and mixed drink pouring experience.
  • High school diploma or GED Certificate.
