About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and talented Data Developer to join our team as a summer intern. As a Data Developer, you will be responsible for working closely with our data engineer functions to improve data quality, increase speed to deliver insights, and have a strong understanding of the business context and ever-evolving tagging landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with data engineer functions to improve data quality and integrity
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to increase speed to deliver insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business context and tagging landscape

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university graduating with a bachelor's degree between December 2025 - May 2026
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic research and analysis skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, Hive, Python, and Yaml
  • Experience with data tools, including querying, scripting, analysis, ETL, and command line interfaces
  • Cloud-based infrastructure and services relevant to data processing, data automation, and data platform processing/troubleshooting
