Job Title: Surgical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Assistant to join our team at Luminis Health.

Job Summary:

The Surgical Assistant will work closely with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons and other healthcare professionals during surgical procedures
  • Provide patient care and support during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases
  • Maintain aseptic technique and infection control practices
  • Work collaboratively with the OR team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
  • Perform wound closure and other surgical tasks as directed by the surgeon
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of an accredited certified surgical assistant program
  • Two (2) years experience as a surgical assistant
  • Certification as a surgical assistant

Working Conditions:
