About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Fitness Wellness Consultant to join our team at Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness. As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized fitness plans, provide guidance on nutrition and wellness, and support their overall health journey.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' fitness levels, health goals, and nutritional needs.
- Design and implement customized fitness programs that cater to individual clients' requirements.
- Provide guidance on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and supplementation strategies.
- Monitor clients' progress, adjust training plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as exercise science or nutrition.
- Current certification from a reputable fitness organization (ACSM, ACE, NASM, AFFA, NFPT, etc.).
- At least 1 year of experience in the fitness industry, preferably in a consulting or coaching role.
