We are seeking a highly skilled Labor and Employment Attorney to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. You will be responsible for representing plaintiffs in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, conducting case evaluations, preparing legal documents, negotiating settlements, and providing legal advice to clients.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school, a current and valid license to practice law in the state of California, and a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Labor and Employment Attorney representing single-plaintiffs. You must also have a proven track record of successfully litigating labor and employment cases, excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and proficiency in legal research and writing. Additionally, you must have a strong understanding of state and federal labor and employment laws, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage a large caseload and multitask effectively.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you must possess a high degree of professional ethics and integrity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
