About the Role:

AuBurn Pharmacy Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our retail pharmacy team at our Smithville, MO store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including order entry and review, pharmacy operations management, medication adherence, MTM, and immunizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small retail team and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and pharmacy operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance, including increasing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other business functions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to ensure our pharmacy remains competitive.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of pharmacists and technicians.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a pharmacy manager or in a leadership role in a retail pharmacy setting.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
