We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Northwell Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with disabilities, injuries, and/or diseases using physical, chemical, and mechanical means.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine the extent of their disabilities, injuries, or diseases.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to achieve established goals.
- Administer direct patient care in accordance with written prescriptions and/or referrals.
- Maintain complete medical records for each patient.
- Participate in quality improvement chart reviews and activities.
- Attend family meetings/conferences and interact with interdisciplinary staff.
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current License to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State.
- Specialized certifications as needed.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
The salary range for this position is $79,880-$136,340/year. Northwell Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
