Job Title: BIM Technician

PTS Advance is seeking a highly skilled BIM Technician to join our team. As a BIM Technician, you will play a crucial role in the successful operation of our BIM department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BlueBeam software.
  • Initiate and create shop drawings according to project specifications.
  • Support and assist Coordinators with model modifications.
  • Comprehend and interpret architectural, construction, and engineering documents.
  • Work collaboratively with the BIM/CAD support team to achieve consistent results.
Requirements:
  • Associate Degree in Design or related field, or 2 years of equivalent experience.
  • Intermediate PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with team members.
