Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Luxury Service Expert to join our team at the Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott Maui. As a Luxury Service Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout their stay with us.

About the Role

  • Deliver personalized service to guests, anticipating their needs and preferences to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Assist with menu management, including reading and verifying information to provide accurate recommendations to guests.
  • Take ownership of guest interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues or concerns.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • No prior supervisory experience is required, but a passion for delivering exceptional service is essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
