Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Instructor to join our team at Hope Network Behavioral Health. As a Residential Instructor, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to residents with special physical, emotional, social, and vocational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and self-care tasks.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with the clinical team to ensure resident goals are met.
  • Administer medications, accurately record medical issues, and maintain accurate records.
  • Intervene in crisis situations, using approved methods to promote resident safety.
  • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep tasks, including housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Complete duties and assignments as outlined in the staff manual or shift responsibilities list.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
