Key Responsibilities:
* As a Clinical Dietitian, you will:

2. Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage individual nutrition care plans.

3. Conduct comprehensive assessments, synthesizing information from various sources to determine individual dietary needs.

4. Develop tailored nutrition plans that include dietary recommendations and feeding strategies.

5. Engage with healthcare professionals to establish goals for patient care.

6. Plan and oversee special dietary regimens as required.

7. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care plans in compliance with established standards.

8. Evaluate the nutritional status of patients and recommend optimal care strategies.

9. Provide counseling to individuals and families on nutrition and therapeutic diets, considering their unique backgrounds.

10. Organize and conduct group nutrition classes as appropriate.

11. Participate in food and nutrition research to enhance outcomes and develop policies.

12. Advocate for individuals and groups on nutrition-related issues and resources.

13. Contribute to the education and training of dietetic interns and students.


Human Resource Functions:
Engage in orientation, training, and mentoring to foster professional development within the team.

Quality Assurance:
Implement quality assurance measures to document service outcomes and ensure compliance with regulations.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily clinical, and you will be responsible for fulfilling all job-specific obligations while adhering to organizational policies.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics or related field is required.
Licensure: Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Registered Dietitian license.
