Senior Business Analyst - Problem Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in IT Service Management and Problem Management to join our team at Prairie Consulting Services.

This is a long-term contract opportunity with a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days of on-site work per week in Tempe, Arizona.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • 3-5 years of experience in Incident Management and Problem Management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to executives and senior management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow reports and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Microsoft Visio and Access

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
