INFOSAGE SYSTEMS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiac Catheterization Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough pre-procedure assessments and prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
- Operate and assist with specialized Cath Lab equipment, including imaging systems and contrast injectors, to ensure proper functioning and safe usage.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control standards, participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Cardiologists, Radiologic Technologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, procedures, and interventions, reporting any adverse events or changes in patient conditions.
- RN License
- BLS, ACLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology
- Familiarity with the equipment and systems used in a Cardiac Cath Lab
- Paid time off
