Job Title: Registered Nurse Overnights

Job Summary:

Milestone Recovery is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to clients undergoing detoxification from alcohol and drugs during the overnight shift. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing a safe and therapeutic environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
Monitor vital signs, withdrawal symptoms, and other physiological and psychological changes in clients
Document client assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
Collaborate with day shift nursing staff to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:

Valid registered nurse license in the state of Maine
CPR certification is a plus
Experience with substance use and/or mental illness is a plus
