About the Role:

This LPN part-time nursing position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a flexible schedule. As an LPN on our team, you will provide top-notch care and support while collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 per year

What You'll Do:
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure they are following established safety regulations and infection control techniques.
  • Collaborate with the RN Charge to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress.
  • Participate in employee performance evaluations and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
What We're Looking For:
  • A licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current, active license in the State of Ohio.
  • Experience working in long-term care or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
