Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our cashwrap area, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Cashwrap Operations: Manage the cashwrap area, ensuring efficient transactions, accurate handling of cash and media, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in the training and development of new cashiers, provide guidance and support to team members, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales goals, maintain high levels of guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in basic technology, including point-of-sale systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
