Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions and injuries
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Meet productivity standards and maintain accurate records
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California
- Experience in rehabilitation and productivity standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
