Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at the Fire Lake Grand Casino Food and Beverage Department. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are sanitized and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain the dishwashing machine to ensure optimal performance and sanitation.
  • Wash and store all tableware, kitchenware, and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the dish room to ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers.
  • Assist with food preparation and production as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions

The Dishwasher will work in a hot, wet, and humid environment for long periods of time. The ability to work in a standing position for up to 5 hours and safely lift dish racks and stacks of dishes weighing up to 40 pounds up to 30 times per shift is required.
