WORK OPTIONS

Spare-time: A commitment of 4-8 hours per week.

Part-time: A commitment of 8-25 hours per week.

Full-time: A commitment of 25+ hours per week.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

General Agent: Offer financial literacy and assess client portfolios to create financial strategies. Develop these strategies, provide necessary support for client needs, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Facilitate the onboarding of new agents.

Field Trainer: Liaise with the lead broker on business growth. Oversee general agent meetings with clients. Provide continuous support to agents in fulfilling client requirements. Engage directly with clients as necessary. Coordinate with administrative staff and headquarters to ensure all documentation and processes are complete for new agents and clients.

Licensed Investment Specialists: Evaluate client needs and implement suitable plans and account setups. Follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

All applicants must participate in an informational Zoom presentation to meet one of the team leaders, who will introduce themselves, outline the services provided by the team, and discuss various opportunities. This will be scheduled promptly upon application review. Applicants will be contacted to arrange the Zoom meeting. No-shows will not be rescheduled.

NOTE: The LinkedIn application serves only for pre-screening. The official application will be completed once it is determined that a role is a good fit for both parties after the meeting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Licensing is not a prerequisite for application. State (and optional Federal) licensing will be facilitated post-onboarding. Comprehensive training is provided; however, this highly regulated industry necessitates a clean background. All new applicants will initially be trained in a 1099 general agent capacity to acquire the principles and skills required for advancement to other roles. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, pass an initial criminal and financial background check (provided for the applicant), and reside in one of the 50 U.S. states, Guam, or Puerto Rico only. We do not offer VISA sponsorship. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely (via Zoom) in a professional environment, possess strong communication skills, and be open to coaching.

Leadership offers ongoing mentorship and training. The platform provides support for obtaining additional state and Federal licensing after initial onboarding for professional development and to address the various needs of clients.
