We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our laboratory team in Sparta, WI. As a Medical Laboratory Technologist at Ironside Human Resources, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality laboratory services.

About the Opportunity:

  • This is a full-time direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and excellent benefits offered.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical laboratory procedures and principles, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Under the direct supervision of the Laboratory Director, performs clinical laboratory procedures while applying scientific principles and knowledge of physiological conditions affecting test results.
  • Maintains cooperative working relationships with intradepartmental and interdepartmental personnel.

Requirements:

  • An Associate degree in Laboratory Science or a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or chemical, physical or biological sciences is required.
  • ASCP or NCA certification or certification eligible preferred.
