About the Role
Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash LLC is seeking an experienced Car Wash Site Supervisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the automotive industry, contributing to the success of our sites and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As a Car Wash Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our car wash facilities, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our management team to achieve business objectives, maintain high standards of quality and service, and provide a safe working environment for employees.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records of sales, employee performance, and facility maintenance
• Implement processes to enhance customer satisfaction, staff engagement, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, plus bonuses based on performance.
