Key Holder Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Holder Trainee to join our team at Surplus City in Carlisle, PA. This is a full-time opportunity that offers excellent career growth and development opportunities.

Job Summary:

The Key Holder Trainee will assist the Store Manager in completing tasks that support the overall customer base. Responsibilities include carrying out daily procedures, providing customer support in all departments, and learning the nuts and bolts of the company's functions.

Duties:

• Greet customers as they enter the location.
• Answer customer questions, respond to customer requests, and resolve customer issues.
• Complete accurate and efficient register transactions.
• Perform inventory duties such as unloading, scanning, and stocking products onto the shelves.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge about the store products and services and customer-related policies.

• Ability to operate or to quickly learn the store's point-of-sale system.
• Integrity.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• General Knowledge of Fabrics and Crafts is a plus.
• Knowledge of Hardware is a plus.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
