- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations and standards.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of food inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events and functions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality, food service, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
