About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental healthcare services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for adult and child/adolescent populations.
  • Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services in an outpatient care setting.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of psychology.

Requirements
  • Fully licensed and credentialed in one or more US states, including a Ph.D. or Psy.D.
  • Experience working with adult and/or child/adolescent populations.
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
