About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee our cleaning operations in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning activities are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff across multiple locations within the designated areas.
  • Training and Development: Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Cleaning Schedules and Protocols: Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleaning protocols and identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times across numerous client's facilities.
  • Client Relationships: Respond promptly to client requests and concerns, addressing any issues and taking appropriate corrective action.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including attendance, equipment maintenance, and incident reports.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A proven track record in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
  • The ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
