Critical Care Nurse Assistant

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse assistant to work with critically ill patients, providing high-quality care and support to help them recover from their conditions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine tasks in patient care, including bathing, oral hygiene, and hair care, as well as participating in hourly rounds and maintaining the cleanliness of instruments and equipment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality care and support to critically ill patients, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans;
- To perform routine tasks in patient care, including bathing, oral hygiene, and hair care;
- To participate in hourly rounds, ensuring that patients receive regular check-ins and updates;
- To maintain the cleanliness of instruments and equipment, ensuring that they are properly sanitized and stored;
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse assistant or in a related field;
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire;
- Hospital experience as a nursing assistant or certification as a nursing assistant;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams;
