About the Role

This Radiologic Technologist Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the CT department, ensuring that patients receive quality care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to motivate and develop a team, and have a strong background in radiology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care activities to ensure smooth operation of the department.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Two or more years of experience in CT preferred.
  • Holds Permit-to-Practice Radiology in the state of Iowa.
  • Certified and holds current registration with the A.R.R.T. as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Certified and holds current registration with the A.R.R.T. in CT.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
