We're looking for an individual who can provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure that all systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a blend of outstanding problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products. Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and network configurations is also essential. Additionally, familiarity with software installation and troubleshooting (office applications, antivirus software, etc.) is highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive health insurance package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage. In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, and via remote access
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, networking, and printer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of service requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Collaborating with other IT team members on projects and system upgrades

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
