Store Guardian

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Goodwill Southern Los Angeles County. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding our property and equipment, providing security services to our employees and service participants, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for everyone.

• Security and Safety
  • Patrol the premises regularly to discourage criminal activity and ensure a safe environment.
  • Evict trespassers and violators while following Goodwill's policies and procedures.
  • Provide security services to our employees and service participants.
  • Report and document safety and security incidents.
• Communication and Teamwork
  • Communicate effectively with employees, management, and law enforcement agencies.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.

• Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in security or a related field.
• Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of computers and technology.
  • Valid guard card and reliable transportation.
