We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious Part Time HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Monarch Staffing in Chadds Ford, PA.
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and be proficient in MS Office, DocuSign, and other software applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Hiring Manager with new employee setup, onboarding, and maintaining compliance.
A day in the life of an HR Administrative Assistant includes:
- Verifying new hire employees' Act 168 and references
- Onboarding new employees into the payroll system
- Monitoring and updating employee clearances
- Filing and scanning documents
- Utilizing DocuSign for daily tasks
- Providing support to employees and candidates via phone
The requirements for this role include:
- Previous administrative experience is a must
- Previous HR administrative experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office, DocuSign, and other software applications
